Behind the shot
Anyone that follows our work knows that Brandi and I love to photograph mud cracks. They create so many different compositions and depending on the light you can sometimes capture unique color hues on the surface of the mud. The sad part is you usually have to keep the location secret because there are plenty out there that will ruin these features so that others cannot take photos. One of the downsides to social media is that the platforms have created a sense of “competition” for likes. It’s rather pathetic how much approval people seek out.
